This form is used for any and all events at Providence. This form helps our team collect the necessary information to successfully support and promote your event. Head to our brand guide to learn more about the different ways we communicate to our congregation. Additionally, our communications team, AKA Kyle, needs a certain amount of lead time for different sized events.
Church-Wide- - Planning/Creative to begin 3 months in advance.
Medium Attendance- Planning/Creative to begin 2 months in advance.
Smaller Attendance Event- Planning/Creative to begin 4-6 weeks in advance.
Niche Events- Planning/Creative done by ministry leader.
